Two Great Hair Growth and Care Routines

Enhancing natural hair growth does not have to be an expensive or tedious process. There are many home remedies that you can use to create your own hair treatment that you can apply in the comfort of your home. In this article, we will discuss two hair treatment masks that you can use as hair care routines to improve and nourish your hair.

Fresh and blossom hair extract

This one is a very easy serum to make. It consists of essential flower oil extracts which give your hair that shiny healthy look.

To make it, you will need a really light foundation of almond and macadamia nut oils due to their richness in fatty acids. They are extremely light, can easily be absorbed by the body and they work for all hair types.

To improve its toning abilities, include geranium which helps to tighten the scalp promoting hair growth in the process. To enhance the scent, you can add some lavender which also has a calming effect. In summary, these are the ingredients you will need;

  • 10 ml macadamia nut oil
  • 20 ml sweet almond oil
  • 2 drops lavender essential oil
  • 3 drops geranium essential oil

How to go about it;

Mix all the ingredients in a container and shake well. Next, decant into a glass bottle that has a pump which will help you use in small amounts.

You can use the mixture in two ways. When treating your hair, you can squeeze small amounts all over your hair and give it some time to soak in before rinsing your hair. The other way you can use it is before blow-drying your hair where only a small amount will be required.

Aloe Vera, honey, and coconut oil hair mask

These are natural products that you can shop at your local market store. Honey is a natural moisturizer that attracts and locks moisture. It also has antibacterial properties which ensure the scalp remains healthy.

As for coconut oil, it contains proteins, fatty acids, and vitamins A and E which are very beneficial to your hair. The oil can get absorbed straight into the hair follicles which provide nourishment for the hair.

Aloe Vera contains anti-inflammatory and soothing properties which work well for scalps that are chaffed. It also has protein properties which are a healthy component of your hair.

The ingredients that you will need include; 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1 tablespoon Aloe Vera.

How to go about it;

Ensure the coconut oil is in liquid form before you mix it with the other two ingredients. Once the mixture is set, have a tab with hot water, and get a towel to use to apply the mask to your hair.

Ensure you apply from the tips to the roots for maximum effect. Using the hot towel, wrap your head and wait for the mixture to sink in for about 30 minutes. Afterwards, rinse completely using a natural shampoo if possible until your hair is clean.

The methods above are all easy to use and effective. Since most of the ingredients are homemade, you have an easy selection to work with for our convenience.

  1. Have you ever thought about adding a little bit more than just your articles?
    I mean, what you say is valuable and all. But think of if you added some great photos or videos to
    give your posts more, “pop”! Your content is excellent but with images and video clips,
    this website could certainly be one of the most beneficial in its niche.

  2. Today, I went to the beachfront with my
    kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said
    “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and
    screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
    She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely
    off topic but I had to tell someone! asmr 0mniartist
